MAXIMUS to Present on Consumer Engagement at the National Health Insurance Exchange Summit

Mr. Caswell will participate in the session, "Designing Exchanges to Empower Consumers." As part of a larger discussion about the importance of consumer engagement, he will offer insights into how health insurance exchanges can be designed with self-service and customer support tools that help a diverse pool of consumers select and enroll in a health plan that best fits their needs.
