Doing What We Can to Support the Environment
Due to our business operations, we have a relatively small environmental footprint, but we recognize that we still need to do what we can to reduce our environmental impact. That is why we:

- Reduce, reuse, and recycle office waste,
- Track impact,
- And conserve energy in innovative ways.

Connecting and Protecting the People We Serve
As a people-focused company, we want to improve the lives of those we serve. We offer programs that support and help people with disabilities and long-term health conditions gain access to long-term employment while helping people in vulnerable populations access and use government benefits programs. We are committed to uplifting our employees by providing ongoing education, comprehensive employee benefits, and protecting their rights as citizens.
Giving Back to Our Communities
The Maximus Foundation is our employee supported and led nonprofit organization that has provided financial support to nonprofit partners. We also have international arms in the U.K. and Australia, and Maximus matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar. Prompted by current events, Maximus and our employees donated more than $156,000 to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund to support social justice and equity in the U.S.
