MAXIMUS Case Management Assistance Center Receives ISO 9001:2008 Certification

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MAXIMUS (NYSE:MMS), a leading provider of government services worldwide, announced today that Bureau Veritas Certification North America, Inc. has recognized the MAXIMUS Case Management Assistance Center's (C-MAC™) Quality Management System (QMS) as an ISO 9001:2008-certified QMS.

The MAXIMUS C-MAC is a suite of services that centralizes and streamlines the back office administrative tasks of public health and human services programs to increase overall program efficiency. C-MAC specializes in automating operational functions such as inbound call processing, as well as automated and live outbound call campaigns to provide consistent contact to program beneficiaries. By using time-saving technology, such as automated bar coding and Optical Character Recognition scanning, C-MAC also optimizes document processing and mail house operations.
