MAXIMUS Makes Donation to American Red Cross in Response to Colorado Wildfires

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MAXIMUS (NYSE: MMS), a leading provider of government services worldwide, announced today that the MAXIMUS Foundation has made a donation of $18,500 in employee contributions and corporate matching funds to the Mile High Region of the American Red Cross to support its response to multiple wildfires across the state of Colorado.

Since the wildfires began in early June, the American Red Cross has provided thousands of Coloradans with a safe place to stay, a warm meal and emotional support. The Red Cross and its partners have also served tens of thousands of snacks and meals; distributed well over 23,000 relief items like disaster clean-up kits; and made more than 9,000 health and mental health contacts with affected residents and disaster workers.
