Mr. Fuhrman will present during the session titled “Effective Member Integrity: How the Use of Enhanced, Continuous Eligibility Verification and Risk Scoring Can Reduce Costs and Improve Service Delivery. He will highlight how states can maximize efforts to address fraud, waste and abuse at the member level and will provide real-world examples from successful projects, including those operated by MAXIMUS. Mr. Fuhrman will share how states have used data aggregation, analytics and flexible staffing models to improve eligibility processes, reduce waste, and identify potential instances of fraud, and therefore improving their member integrity.
