MAXIMUS Foundation Contributes $20,000 to the Florida Disaster Fund in Memory of the Orlando Shooting Victims

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MAXIMUS (NYSE: MMS), a leading provider of government services worldwide, announced today that the MAXIMUS Foundation has made a donation of $20,000 in employee contributions and corporate matching funds to the Volunteer Florida Foundation’s Florida Disaster Fund in memory of the 49 victims of the horrific attack in Orlando.

The Florida Disaster Fund is the State of Florida’s official private fund established to assist communities as they respond to and recover during times of emergency or disaster. Activated most recently in response to the Orlando attack, 100% of the funds donated will go to organizations that serve survivors, their families and all those in need.
