John P. Crouse, Vice President of Health Services at MAXIMUS and expert in provider management and program integrity, will lead a session titled “Work Requirements and Community Engagement.” The discussion will highlight what meaningful community engagement looks like beyond beneficiary attestation, and how to manage transitional populations and implement a sustainable approach to long-term compliance.
