(1) Each Performance Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.

(3) The weighted average sales price for prices ranging from $81.4 to $81.53. The reporting person will provide full information regarding the number of shares purchased or sold at each separate price upon request by the Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer.
