This alliance grants HR professionals using Navicus Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Software “one-stop” access to a suite of MAXIMUS services that support hiring from targeted populations, maximize tax credits, and assure compliance with Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Program (OFCCP) requirements.

Navicus software users gain the ability to conduct Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) pre-screening for job candidates, which will help ensure they fully capture tax credits for which they are eligible. The WOTC is a federal tax credit incentive for companies to hire individuals from target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment.
