RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services, a division of MAXIMUS, Inc., has announced an alliance with Broadbean Technology, a global provider of job advertisement distribution and candidate response tracking technology. This strategic alliance allows Broadbean Technology’s current customer base – comprised of many of the world's largest staffing companies, recruitment advertising agencies, technology vendors, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing businesses – to post job openings to MAXOutreach™, the MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services job recruitment and compliance solution.

MAXOutreach links employers and community-based organizations in their mutual effort to assist individuals in need of employment. This proprietary outreach tool casts a wide net across 72,000+ community organizations to help employers uncover hard-to-reach, tax credit-eligible applicants – many of whom may not have Internet access at home and depend on community-based organizations for job-searching resources. Additionally, MAXOutreach helps employers exceed hiring requirements for Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs.

By posting jobs to MAXOutreach, Broadbean Technology customers will additionally benefit from new Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)-screening capabilities, which will help ensure that they fully capture those tax credits for which they are eligible, based on their current hiring practices. The WOTC is a federal tax credit incentive for companies to hire individuals from target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. Currently, millions of dollars in WOTC incentives go uncollected each year, even though employers are hiring from these target groups.

“We are very excited to be extending our MAXOutreach and WOTC tax credit solutions to Broadbean Technology’s customers,” said MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services President, Mark S. Andrekovich. “We have identified a great ally in Broadbean Technology and, together, we are putting the right pieces in place to provide businesses with unique and cost-effective recruiting resources.”

“While Broadbean has been a leader in providing technologically-advanced solutions to our media partners and clients, we are eager to broach a more traditional marketplace and provide advanced job posting capabilities to the MAXIMUS communities,” added Broadbean founder Kelly Robinson. “Our interest has always lied in the ability to reach as many job seekers as possible. This alliance will afford even greater job posting options for our clients, as well as those that have come to rely on MAXOutreach.”
